“Paying in advance shouldn't mean being asked for £675 while waiting in the pouring rain and blocking others at the exit. Why isn't number plate recognition in force yet?”
“The Parking was fine and not too far to walk to the Hilton on our arrival. However, because I was unfamiliar with Edinburgh Airport we missed the Mid Term Parking signs which were not very clear and ended up passing through the Terminal Car park en route to the Mid Term Stay.
On return from holiday the Mid Term Park was an easy walk from the Terminal. I had pre booked and pre paid for the parking and did not exceed the dates and times that I had paid for but on exit I was asked to pay a further £380. I contacted the company by tannoy and was allowed to leave but I cannot understand where the £380 charge came from. Otherwise everything was fine.

“After arriving at the Airport it was a worry & confusion that the barrier did not raise & I had to take a ticket, which led me to think I would be charged normal parking rates & my pre-booking would be ignored. I spoke to two very helpful & friendly staff at the FastPark area who massively reassured me.
When I returned to the Airport after my trip, my licence plate was printed on my ticket and I left the Airport parking without any issues. Highly recommend Terminal Parking at Edinburgh Airport as it is literally a short walk to the Terminal.”
“No issues either on the entrance or the exit, all very effortless and without incident. The only issue I had was because I drive a pick up truck, finding a parking space suitable can be more time consuming.”
