“Location excellent and parking availabilty very good.
However I have only given 4 stars because yet again upon exiting the parking vacility I was asked for an additional fee of £200 despite having prepaid for my parking.”
“I prepaid but when I got to the barrier I was asked for £480. It too ages to get an answer on the intercom and get released. I was almost at point of trying to phone airport/revers back to get help. The same thing happened last year so I had all the booking details printed out ready this year in case needen. I even power washed the number plates to reduce chance of last year's problems repeated but they were. Same thing happened to a friend. Just dont need the hassle after 6 hours on plane. The system should work and someone should be available to answer intercom. Very poor.”
“Booked parking on the day as the option clearly stated refundable.
However my flight was cancelled due to bad weather and when I went to cancel booking 2hrs later it stated that bookings was within 24hrs and notice could not be cancelled and this cost me £89.99 for something not needed”

“Probably the least I've ever paid for parking at the surface parking - only £13 a day for 3 days and it was also pretty quiet which was nice. I do feel like directions to walk to the terminal could be a little better than they are.”
