“It was early when I got to the airport, and I was not thinking clearly. I went to the mid-term parking first, this is where I usually park, and the machine told me I was in a different car park, which was fine but I did not want to reverse onto oncoming traffic, so went into the car park and straight back out again - however I was charged £9 for the privelege. I think this is a bit unfair.....someone who has a ticket elsewhere, and who leaves within 1 minute should not be charged anything. Even the drop-off parking is not £9!”
“Was easy to find and thought it was very busy found a parking space easily enough. Short walk to terminal. Only issue was upon leaving the machine said I was due £140. This was rectified quickly enough by pressing the help button and giving some details. No idea why this happened tho”
“Was easy to park and the booking was very easy.In addition my return journey to Edinburgh was delayed and I had to extend my booking from abroad.This was also easily achieved and my departure from the car park smoothly organised”
