Although it was not possible to speak to anyone, our query by email was dealt with very promptly. We were able to make another booking, the two bookings were linked, and there was no problem exiting the car park. Many thanks”
“Parking is quick and easy but although they advertise through TOPCASHBACK I have yet to receive ANY cash back from the airport for many transactions for no apparent reason - not terribly trustworthy!”
“I drove into the wrong parking area near the Control Tower.
Thanks are due to the wonderful gentleman wearing a bright orange coat who phoned my car registration number to a colleague, redirected me to the correct parking area, printed the exit ticket for me and then found me a choice of parking spaces in the right place. I should have noted his name but didn't. The time was just before 6.00pm on Tuesday 21st March so if you get a chance to thank the person on my behalf, please do.
Exit was smooth and efficient, being well signposted, and there were no surprises.
