“Parking was great apart from exiting. Couldn't get the barrier to work. Intercom said "engaged". Eventually it worked but took about 10 minutes.”

“The online booking system never seems to recognise the car I book in and I am forever being caught at the barrier explaining to the agents the issue. This is especially the case if you change the VRN once booked. Not great really”
