“I paid my money, I parked my car near the terminal where I wanted to and it was there when I got back. Does this need a review so that others will consider doing the same?”

“Arrived at Edinburgh Airport about 9.30pm. When we reached the barrier the ANPR did not recognise our car (prepaid ticket). I then presented our ticket to the reader and again not recognised. By this time there was a small queue forming as I pressed the "assistance" button. To be fair it was answered promptly but should we not expect a better service at £40 for three nights?”
“Good access to the terminal. Only a couple of minutes' walk, which is nice when you have been driving for a while and need to stretch your legs before boarding a flight. Same coming back, nice with a leg stretcher after having sat on a flight for hours.”
“Was east to use but on exit cameras did not pick up registration and tried to charge us over £100. We gave the reference and was sorted but just a little disappointed that the exit system is not as good as it could be. Not the first time it’s happened to us”
