This is 2nd request for a review. It's parking! I arrived - the barrier went up and issued a ticket. I left, put the ticket in the machine and the barrier went up. That was it really.

I spend thousands with you every year. Unfortunately you have a monopoly so I have little choice. On Wednesday I booked mid-stay parking. I had no idea where this was. Not well signposted. I went to the wrong car park. Once committed you can’t turn round. On my return I went to the office apologised and offered to pay the difference. I was tired and just wanted to get home. Guess what I didn’t need - I lecture from Your staff member on how ‘maybe next time I could do a better job at parking in the right place!’ When I go to a nice hotel maybe I spend £300-£400 for a night and I get treated like a king. When I park at Edinburgh airport parking, spending thousands, I get treated like a criminal. One day there will be more choice. When that day comes. I won’t use you.

Thought lighting/ signage was poor , arrived in the dark missed the entrance and had to pay £4.00 to get round again through drop off
