“Laborious getting to and from the terminal to the furthest edge of parking with 30Kg of luggage but doable. Signage might be improved for arrivals as I was directed to walk around the multi storey when following the covered walk way may have been simpler. Overall though an efficient and cost effective arrangement.”
“The APNR misread our number plate, so when we tried to exit, the barrier said we owed £165, despite pre-booking and paying. Fortunately the person on the call button was very helpful and we were able to exit without undue delay, or extra charges!”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Although I had pre-booked, no spaces were available in the ‘Terminal’ parking, with some cars parked on verges etc. I had to wait for a couple to walk out of the terminal and ask them to let me have their space when the left. A stressful experience when you have a flight to catch! Not recommended”
