“0vercrowded and poorly organised. Pushed further from the terminal by the "fastpark" facility. Greedy airport !
Single exit route was blocked by vehicle picking up passengers too lazy to walk to the ridiculous, temporary, bus shelter that is the current pick up area and even further from the terminal...in the rain.
Airport have as usual forgotten the "service" element of their existence and instead are greedy.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Easy booking process and car park short walk to airport, easily amended online when we swapped vehicles. Slight issue on exit at 21.30, as new vehicle hadn't updated but short wait to speak to someone after pressing buzzer and everything was sorted!”
