0vercrowded and poorly organised. Pushed further from the terminal by the "fastpark" facility. Greedy airport ! Single exit route was blocked by vehicle picking up passengers too lazy to walk to the ridiculous, temporary, bus shelter that is the current pick up area and even further from the terminal...in the rain. Airport have as usual forgotten the "service" element of their existence and instead are greedy.

No problem about finding a space but on leaving when I put the ticket in I was needing to pay £320!!! This was very upsetting indeed- at the least the Guy on the speakerphone let me through. I knew I paid before hand but thought this was very upsetting indeed.

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Easy booking process and car park short walk to airport, easily amended online when we swapped vehicles. Slight issue on exit at 21.30, as new vehicle hadn't updated but short wait to speak to someone after pressing buzzer and everything was sorted!

Every time I use the parking and I am exiting I am asked to pay. I have to get on the intercom and chat for 5 mins. Not what I payed up for

Good parking but expensive just to take a person to the airport and help them check in and find assistance office.
