“It would've been 5/5, but deducted a mark as the spaces are a bit tight. It would help if this area is for pre-booking only. Luckily I didn't spend too much time looking for a space, but if you can go into the car park without booking it becomes difficult to control. Whilst you say if you can't find a space to contact yourselves and you'll help, that still takes time.
