“Parking was good although slightly difficult to find a space at first. Feedback on arrival of flight in to arrivals was that it was chaotic and we had to wait for nearly one hour to get through passport control as well as waiting 20 minutes for steps to get us off the aircraft. All good on checkout from the car park. Thanks”
“Lots of parking spaces and easy to exit car park. Only issue I had is that there are so many different places to park at Edinburgh airport, I think could be better sign posted. I drove past the entrance first time :-(”
“Pre booked my parking but on arrival the gate didn’t open so I took a ticket. Once I realised my error I contacted customer support and explained what I did. Upon arrival back at the airport I press the assistance button as I was instructed to do and the guy on comms swiftly sorted out my issue and the barrier was raised. Excellent support from staff on customer service and on the barriered gate.”
“Parking facility is perfect for easy access walking to terminal. Only criticism is that signage back to the Terminal Surface Parking at the exit from arrival back is sadly lacking and we initially went in the wrong direction. We had to ask a security guard for directions.”
