Not great as my plane was cancelled at stansted so we were stranded until the following day. I tried to see if I could contact the parking to explain but no only told me to manage my booking and rebook another day. Well it was rebooked from 11.30 pm till 12.30 the following day so not even 24 hours and I was charged an 34.99 also when I come to get out of the carpark at the barrier it stated I over stayed and needed to pay another £20.00. Don’t think I’ll be using this service again to be honest

I was delayed a week on the return as my 88 year-old mum was in a French hospital after a fall. Thank you for not charging the additional fees and extra charges. That was magnanimous of you and I, and my mum, appreciate it.

In principle the parking was very good. Where it fell down was when we were unable to contact you to extend the required time in the car park. Our return journey required 2 flights, and because the first one was delayed we therefore missed the 2nd one. It was no fault of our own and the airline put us up in a hotel overnight and we arrived back at the car at 16.30 the following day (instead of 22.30 as expected the night before). I do understand you give a 6hr extension for delays but nothing for a flight delay overnight. I attempted twice that evening to email you to ask for this extension but on both occasions the email was returned. We were told by the airline our arrival time at Edinburgh would be 16.15 so I was trying to inform you of the appropriate time change at your end. We were therefore hit with an additional £65 to pay at the parking exit. In summary I think you could improve your system to allow for a customer to be able to contact you in an overnight delay situation. I would have been happy to pay a nominal extra fee for the parking extension, but because it wasn’t booked I was hit with the full unbooked price even though I’d tried my best to contact you for an extension. There must be many travellers who are unexpectedly delayed overnight by the airline and happy to let you know for an organised car park extension. Many thanks

Thank you for your review. For in future if your booking is already active you won't be able to extend it. Instead you should make a new booking which starts when your current one ends. When exiting the car park if you ring the intercom the car parking team would then be able to raise the barrier for you manually. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Fine but a little confusing in terms of signage - not clear enough distinction between multi story & surface parking at entrance. Then a variety of “spaces” signs in the carriageway that weren’t pointing anywhere obvious .

Parking great and very close to the airport. Our car battery was flat when we can back but the helpful staff at the carpark had a battery booster and we were going very little delay. Thanks for your help.
