“Convenient for accessing the terminal however the directions need to be improved as we ended up in the wrong lane - drop off/pick up and had to pay £5 to get out and back into main road. You need to be in the far right lane to gain entry to car park.”
Thank you for your review. We always encourage passengers to pre-book parking. We offer car parking pricing for 2 years in advance for different lengths of stay. Our pricing is dynamic and continually changes based on many different factors such as demand, occupancy and lead time making it possible for the pricing to change from booking to booking however, we offer competitive pricing against other providers.

“I arrived at 4am on an extremely busy morning so had to park at the far end of the terminal parking area (Q). I took a photo of the sign to ensure that I knew where to go on my return. Unfortunately, there appears to be only one sign in the Q area and it faces AWAY from the terminal which is absolutely useless particularly when lugging bags. From the terminal itself I could see lots of other signs (e.g. M, N, O etc) but not Q. There needs to be better signage. Otherwise it was all ok.”
“Pity that your machines let you down so often had booking but when presenting ticket got bill of £100++++ to pay. After 5 mins the issues were sorted but this is becoming a very frequent occurrence

We are aware of a small issue affecting one of our car parks which means that the vehicle registration plates are not read correctly on entry which results in some customers being charged the non-booked rate on exit by mistake. We are working with the relevant teams to have a fix in place for this soon and I am glad that you managed to get this sorted at the time.
