Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Not much to say really other than it so easy and painless so much better than a taxis or busses. Arrive park and remember where you park. That's the only hard. Get home find where you park and your all good to go!!”
“Convenient for accessing the terminal however the directions need to be improved as we ended up in the wrong lane - drop off/pick up and had to pay £5 to get out and back into main road. You need to be in the far right lane to gain entry to car park.”
