However, despite having pre-booked and pre-paid, when validating my ticket upon return, it asked me to pay £280.00 (for 6 days parking).
Managed to sort it out on the intercom with the office, but they need to get their act together, this is the second time I've had this nonsense on a pre-booking.”

I'm pleased to hear that you were happy with the car parking location.
It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“Happy with the response to late change in car booked in. However on leaving the car park after my stay the ticket machine said my ticket wasn’t for that car park, spent next few minutes trying to exit car park while speaking to assistant at exit.”
