“No drama or fuss to use, easy to get a space close to the terminal building, popped the ticket in the machine on leaving, barrier up and off home we went. It would be good if it was a little less expensive, especially if you have used it before. Other than that good experience.”
“The parking spot was handy enough, a three minute walk to the terminal.
However, despite having pre-booked and pre-paid, when validating my ticket upon return, it asked me to pay £280.00 (for 6 days parking).
Managed to sort it out on the intercom with the office, but they need to get their act together, this is the second time I've had this nonsense on a pre-booking.”

I'm pleased to hear that you were happy with the car parking location.
It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.
