“No problem with entry, booking or finding a space. Crowded, but we expect that. System did not recognise the car on exit - we used the intercom and the barrier was opened. There was a number printed on the entry ticket, but that was a garbled version of the correct registration. Perhaps a glitch in the ANPR system?”
“Expensive (beside terminal) compared to other parking options so we thought we'd be OK. Firstly, we have a fairly normal estate car but found the spaces fairly tight. Secondly, on returning to our car, we found that someone had scraped our front nearside bumper/wing in a number of places so will need repaired/resprayed. Terms, of course, state park at own risk so the cost is on us. Next time we'll probably go back to one of the cheaper offsite car parks with which we've had no bother in the past.”
