“Signage on the approach is confusing, very easy to miss the entrance and end up in the drop off area. We had to pay to get out! The entire car park is a bit shambolic, along with the rest of the airport.”

“We booked to use the terminal surface car park over 2 days and it said it was refundable before I booked. I also got confirmation saying it was 'refundable terminal surface car park'. Our flights were cancelled so we accepted that we would have to pay for the first day however we thought we would be able to get the money back for the second day.
Well in the small print it said the refundable aspect means that once you book it you can cancel within 24 hours. Yes I should have read the fine print but I do feel it was misleading and on the booking page you should not call it 'refundable terminal surface car park'.”

As part or T&Cs that are accepted at the time of booking, this outlines that bookings can be cancelled until 24h prior the booking is then non-refundable.
