If you have overstayed your car parking booking you will be subject to pay the non pre booked rate upon exiting the car park for the overstay.
In this instance we would encourage you to contact your travel insurance provider to enquire if you may be entitled to a refund via their cover.

“Brilliant service and great value for money however there was a problem on leaving when the system stated that I owed £195 although I was within the allocated times? That said, a short conversation on the intercom had it sorted out but I still haven't worked out what went wrong.”
“Good sizes spaces and close enough to the airport entrance. Let down a bit by the number plate recognition at the entrance/exit. I always have to call for assistance to be let out without any additional charges.”
