“The car park was very busy and I had to park in the overflow area which is a bit further from the terminal building than I expected. The price was reasonable for terminal parking however, and in fact lower than the off-airport locations. On leaving the car park, one of the ticket barrier machines would not read my ticket, so I had to reverse out and go to the next one, where it worked successfully. Not a problem as it wasn't busy when I left, but this could have caused issues had there been traffic behind me.”
“Parking ok paid £39 for 4 days made small mistake on time even the guy at the barrier said a lot of people do it then proceeded to hold me hostage till I paid £60 to get out you have no choice but to pay it absolutely shocking after all the money they make from parking robbing people for making a small mistake never ever getting any more money from me w.nkers”

If you have overstayed your car parking booking you will be subject to pay the non pre booked rate upon exiting the car park for the overstay.
In this instance we would encourage you to contact your travel insurance provider to enquire if you may be entitled to a refund via their cover.
