“Excellent service from PP especially as we had a car issue and brought a different vehicle and had to call for help at the barrier to allow us entry . Swiftly dealt with - buses were great . Will definitely use again”
“I was a little concerned when the most financially viable parking for my trip was plane parking as I was worried about how long I might be waiting for the buses. I had an early flight so it was around 4am when I arrived and a bus was just leaving. But we really didn’t have to wait long for a bus to come along. On the way back we were in our car driving off within a half hour of landing - having collected baggage. Will definitely consider in future.”
“Whilst the plane parking is further from the airport compared to the other airport parking it was a good price. The parking was a lot busier than the last time we parked here. Whilst there is a bus that takes you to the terminal it would be useful to know when the next bus is due.”

“Good service. Perhaps the buses could run more frequently, but I guess that is reflected in the low price. The process for extending your stay could be a made a bit easier to operate. It tried to charge me twice as much to extend my week's stay by a day as I paid for the whole week in the first place. It impossble to get to speak to anyone as the office hours are so limited.”
“Great service ! Easy to book .the frequency of the shuttle bus is spot on ,even on our late arrival back to Edinburgh we were on the road very quickly.
Have used plane parking a few times now and will be booking for a trip in February very soon”
