“It was very good and efficient I got bus within seconds of parking my car it takes you straight up to terminal. . Didn’t give five stars as I was not sure where I got the bus when coming home. I couldn’t see obvious signs where to wait to get the bus to pick up my car. I had two ask two workers where I go for the bus to plane parking. Possibly I just couldn’t see them for looking at them, but it wasn’t obvious to me but once I was at the correct bus stop it was effortless getting my car. when I use the parking a second time Il know the exact procedure. Great service.”
“I paid online in full for 8 days at Plane Parking, and my booking was confirmed.
After having parked for 8 days, on putting in my ticket at the exit barrier, the barrier wouldn't open, and the screen told me that I owed £176.
I told the attendant over the intercom that I had already paid in full, who then opened the barrier.
I am nervously expecting a bill from Plane Parking that I definitely don't owe.”
“Stay at plane parking was ok. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled and we arrived 24 hours later which meant paying extra £40 for prolonged stay. We also ended up looking for a transfer bus stop to the plane parking for over an hour with 2 small kids in the rain. Noone was able to direct us to the right bus stop. There should be more signs directing people to the right bus stop.”
“Not that expensive, shuttle buses running 24/7. There is a bus every 12 mins. Takes 5 mins to reach the parking from the terminal.
Just try to remember where you parked so you wont get lost when you come back to pick up the car”
