“The long stay car park was fine, however, with no explanation, the shuttle bus was not running (both going on holiday and coming back) and this resulted in us pulling our suitcases along pathways and over hurdles that caused us to be concerned about the cars on the road! The signs indicating where we were to go were not obvious and we honestly just followed others who were going to the airport building. Very disappointing and not a great reflection of Scotland’s great tradition of superb hospitality (I’m Scottish and I was embarrassed by the number of tourists looking confused and not knowing where to go, along with us!)
Please restore the Shuttle buses before your normally brilliant reputation gets sullied.”

I can see that you booked Plane Parking which has a shuttle bus however it sounds like you have parked in the long stay car park which does not operate a shuttle bus.
Our car parks are signposted by wayfinding, located in key traffic areas. I’m sorry to hear that you found our wayfinding to be unhelpful. Please be assured that we are working hard to upgrade our wayfinding where required.

As advised in our terms and conditions, if you enter or exit out with the grace period, you will be subject to our roll-up rates as the time you have occupied was not pre-planned.

“Last week I parked in the long term (bus to terminal) as my normal two minutes walk one because the price increase. Upon my return I discovered I had had a moment! I had parked in the wrong one. Upon trying to exit I was told the price would be £165 so I pressed the help button and explained to the gentleman what I had done, he asked for my registration found I had in fact pre paid and raised the barrier with no charge. I always use their parking facilities as it is cheaper than a taxi and a lot quicker and more convenient the two bus journeys!! Well done to the operator who raised the barrier. I will continue to use this company for parking.”
