“Worked very well. Bus picked us up moments after we parked.
On return excellent signage directed us to the pick up point where a bus was waiting, the driver of which dropped us off as near as he could get to our parked car.
On exit we were somewhat alarmed when gate didn’t open and demand for £80 flashed up. Don’t know why it did, but when you are 75, it’s disconcerting…. You can’t in the panic moment remember if you did pay when you booked on line. After pressing help the Operative said something like ‘Oh this happens…. ‘ So we gave details and the barrier lifted. But that delay and fright shouldn’t happen.
Otherwise good service.”
“While this parking is a good bit further out than anything I have used before the reasonable price won me over. I prepaid but on arrival couldn't get the barrier to lift, a quick call for help and a ticket was issued. We drove in and it looks very busy but keep going and you find spaces. We were getting the bags out when we saw a bus coming so made our way to one of the two bus stops for a quick journey to the airport. Drop-off is convenient with a covered walkway to the departure area. On return, we went to collection and a couple of minutes later a bus arrived. I was concerned that we might have issues getting out due to the ticket being issued but no problems at all. Would happily use this car park again.”
