Very smooth process of online booking and no problem during parking.My return flight got delayed and the parking time overran by an extra 40 minutes,but I was not charged extra.Overall,it was a good experience.”
“We accidentally parked in the Long stay apposed to the "Plane" parking. My mistake however when you go to the barrier the number plate camera recognises my number plate, so paid £35 for parking in one car park it would have been a good idea to have the system deduct what i paid off of the long stay parking. Ended up paying around £170 for 3 days parking”

“I arrived at the entrance to plane parking and found that I couldn't get in - the entrance was blocked and the machines were covered up. I had followed the signs to the entrance as well as following sat nav. As my flight was early in the morning, there was no way of speaking to anyone so I had to pay for parking elsewhere to ensure I made my flight.”
