The bus driver was very helpful, and when my car would not start he stopped every time he passed making sure we where OK.

Unfortunately left our car keys at our friends who we were visiting, didn’t realise till we landed back at Edinburgh Had no spare set so, went to the main desk for the parking to explain we couldn’t get the car out One of the workmen (Mick) was very polite and helpful and really helped resolve what would have been a very stressful situation.

Great car park location and transport transfer friendly driver but shelters for bus were full of litter really dirty x

While parking at Edinburgh airport is very expensive, plane parking was convenient. The drop off and pick up point is much better than the normal shuttle bus drop off point.

When I arrived the parking was full and we're not letting me in as did not recognize my booking , after speaking to someone they let me in , On return put card in machine expecting to have the bar lifted so as I could leave ! This did not happen, they wanted me to pay £130 tor the 4 days I had been there , so had to speak to person again through machine while holding up the people in cars behind me , I went through my phone found my booking read the details to the person who was having difficulty finding me on his system ! And then with our a word from them of any sort far less an apology the bar opened and I was let out , All in all a disaster

Thank you for your review, It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
