EV charge parking right at the front. Easy to find and get plugged in (take your own cable). Shuttle bus arrived within a couple of minutes to take us to the terminal building - and from the terminal back to the carpark. Great to come back to a fully charged car.

I particularly booked parking with the bus service to the airport door - there wasn't one . Folks on the help bell were helpful/polite. I made a mistake with my booking - a day to ealy short at the return - would have been good to actually have had a real/live conversation. About this and a refund considered for the day I didn't park - it was my fault though!

This is a great service for parking the car with frequent shuttles (around every 20 mins) to the airport & back. Unfortunately for me the process took longer than expected though as a family of 5 who were returning from the airport couldn't remember where they were parked so they were still on the bus when I was collected to go to the airport. The bus driver stopped driving for a short while to kindly assist them to work out where they had parked but this delayed the journey to the airport for me, although fortunately for them he was able to help them work it out. Once we all arrived at the airport so we could all disembark, myself to the airport & they to the correct car park, they immediately jumped up to grab their luggage & disembark & I had to sit & wait. This delay of getting to the airport which took longer than usual caused me some anxiety & concern which could have been avoided & I had less time than anticipated before boarding. I felt that the driver could have controlled the disembarkation much better & allowed me as one person & arriving at the airport to have disembarked first before those who were arriving back, so I was very disappointed with this part of the service. Otherwise I was very happy with the ease of the plane parking service.

The parking itself was fine, but I had issues both getting in and out, despite having a booking. On the way in, it said my plate was not recognised. On the way out, it said that my ticket was not recognised again. I had to call for help both times. Thankfully, the staff were excellent and helped me through, but this was confusing.

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regard, Customer Support Team Edinburgh Airport.
