“Perfect spacious place to park for drop off and pick up if intending to stay longer than couple of hours. Price is very reasonable. Frequent shuttle bus service every 10 mins, with 5 minutes ride to the terminals. I have used this parking couple of times now with no issues at all. Special thanks to the friendly shuttle bus drivers, they are very helpful.”
“Plane parking location was good, relatively easy to find, near the airport and good regular bus service, hardly had to wait at all.
Worth booking in advance though as daily rate is extortionate.
And the number plate recognition doesn't seem to work very well and needs some sorting. We arrived with 2 other cars and the automatic entry failed for all of us, causing a worrying delay. Got sorted on exiting at end of trip but not quite as efficient as advertised.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

On return, only waited a few minutes for the bus.

“Parking was fine, but standard of tarmac is very poor. Pushing a trolley is very difficult in parts, and spaces between cars makes it difficult to get through.
Normally my booking goes through easily with confirmation email straight away. This time I didn’t receive the email and had to contact by message.
Thanks to the lovely gentleman who let us out of the car park at midnight after we were stuck at ticket machine. He traced our booking and confirmed that we had paid!”
“The Plane Parking was good. Plenty of room. The downside is the signage to the plane parking is not too good. You go pass the long stay car park and through some buildings.”
