“Parking was great we got there parked went on holiday had a good time but when we got back went to pick up my car and went to leave put in my ticket then it tried to charge me £190.00 but I paid for parking in advance before I went on holiday so just as well I had my notification I all ready paid or I would’ve had to pay the £190.00 to get out of the car park”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

The machine didn't recognise my number plate (even though I had booked online) and instead gave me a ticket. So when I came to put the ticket in at the end, the machine tried to charge me £100. I panicked and almost paid it, until I pressed the button for help and the guy explained that it was a mistake.”
