“We paid in advance even though when we went to leave it said we owed £120 more luckily there was a button to press where we spoke to very kind gentleman who was able to sort this out. We were a bit worried as we were leaving at 2am”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Although a little bit of a drive roundabout to get to the car park it’s worth it. Loads of spaces, bus waiting for us for departure and arrival. There was an issue with the barrier recognising our ticket when we arrived, didn’t think anything of it till it wanted to charge us again, used the call button at the gate and even at almost two in the morning the man who helped us was so helpful and efficient. Would defo recommend and use again…”
“It isn't at all far from the airport and is certainly less than the 10 minutes advertised (if the 'temporary' traffic lights are working properly). Very frequent bus service all day night. Only minor snag we had was on the way out when the machine told us we were owe £120 (despite the fact it was all prepaid).
A quick call on the intercom soon resolved this. Overall I'd recommend this service.”
“Mid stay was great not far from terminal pre booked. Easy to get to. Only issue I had which possibly relates to my flight being delayed was when I was leaving showed I owed £170 which was a fright at 1am. However was quickly sorted and was on my way.”
“A very busy car park with plenty of spaces. The only faults I would like to point out is the lack of bus stops. Only 2 !!! . We parked close to num 2. Bus came absolutely full so went straight by. We then walked to num 1 , for the bus returning to go straight by and go to num 2. Maye another bus would also help.”
“whilst 'reasonable' would be over-stating it, its the cheapest option and I've never had to wait long for the bus, just plan 20 minutes into your plan”
