“Great service apart from getting out at the barrier,put my ticket in and it asked me for £160 ,obviously didn’t pay it and was let out but just left me a bit deflated.”
“Only reason for two stars is as even though I paid in full for parking online beforehand, I was asked to pay £100 at the gate when leaving
Had to call service to let me out. No questions asked to get the barrier up. Think its a kind of trick to see who is willing to pay additional £££ even though when dont have to. I must also add, I had to deal with excact same situation about three yrs ago.
Hope wont happen again though I doubt it”
