“Excellent service - very friendly shuttle-bus drivers and reasonably frequent.
Dont think I ever waited more than 10 minutes for a bus on 4 occasions.
They even saved me a £15 Taxi when I arrived at Airport late for work and
had to go back to collect my ID. Only demerit is the website wont take a booking inside 2 hours of arrival. Also they give you an extra 2 hours over-time before charging extra.”
“Fined me for a genuine mistake in parking in the wrong car park, that wasn't 100% clear in the instructions. The car park was no where near full, so it was a needless fine and an extreme punishment for a mistake. This simply highlights, they don't care about customer service, but simply want to bleed you dry whenever they get the opportunity.”
“The plane parking was great, no problem with parking and shuttle bus ran frequently’ on return our flight was delayed and once back in Edinburgh we weren’t charged any extra. Fantastic experience”
