“The experience was all good apart for some confusing signage at the shuttle bus stations regarding cost of parking (to clarify if you have pre paid it doesn't apply to you)”

The strangest behaviour from a bus driver I’ve ever encountered. Even when we ignored him he kept looking to argue and aggravate a situation…all bc he had to open the door!
Won’t be back here again, there are plenty of other parking companies.
Oh, and sort your driver’s behaviour please, it’s bad for business.”
“The experience was easy and effortless. From access to the carpark to the prompt bus that took us to the airport departure door amd the same on return. The only thing I would say is you could add a postcode in your email to aid getting to the location. I was looking on Google maps for sometime prior to driving there as I was unsure where to go.”
