“Prepaid for five days parking with Plane Parking, but returned a day early. Upon leaving the car park I was met with a message for £120.00 bill despite still having one more day on my prepaid booking. I pressed the assistant buzzer and was let out after providing my car registration, however this should not have been necessary and assume would not have been so simple outside office hours? Disappointed, as have parked here previously with no issues.”
“Found parking space easily and bus arrived within a few minutes. Bus drivers were friendly and helpful. When I tried to leave the car park it said I needed to pay £45. I reversed back and parked to check I had not made a mistake with my retuen time/date. I hadn't. Drove up to barrier a second time and it let me out. Otherwise all good.”
“Absolutley shocking website service accidentally pressed the dates that were on the screen by mistake and was unable to change or be refunded or actually speak to somone i will definatley be making sure everyone knows how you lock out any hope of refund”
