“When arriving there was little to no spaces available, a lot of cars/van parked over two spots. Seems it was over sold. We took over 50 mins to find a space.”
“Prebooked about 3 months in advance. We arrived about 20 minutes early ( I nelieve you get up to 2 hours leeway). The barrier didn't lift as planned with the ANPR reader so I had to use intercom to be issued a ticket. The car park was very busy but we found a space after a couple of minutes driving around between the rows. Managed to catch a bus that had entered the car park not long after ourselves. Car was secure for the day. On return I put the ticket in the machine to exit however it was requesting £45 payment. Pushed the intercom again and explained that we had prebooked and prepaid parking, gave my registration number and staff on the other side was able to confirm this and subsequently able to open the barrier for us to exit without any further issue. On looking at the ticket I suspect the issue has arose from an incorrect registration number B in place of a D was recorded on the ticket when entering the carpark which I didn't notice until after we got home. Anyways it was an all round good experience and there was no issues with sorting out the problems encountered swiftly and professionally. This isn't the first time I've used the carpark and probably won't be the last either as prices are pretty competitive compared to other local companies.”
“Easy to get to, plenty of spaces, regular buses to take you to the terminal. Only 1 thing would make it better & that would be walkways between the rows of cars so you don't have to walk all the way round with your suitcases as they don't fit the spaces between the parked cars.”
“This was the first time using this car park on my own, as my husband was unable to go on holiday due to ill health. Because of this we had to change the vechile registration number , which we done with ease.
I found the directions easy to follow and got there no problem. But on my exit from the car park it asked me for £185 , which I did panic about as we had already booked and paid for.I would like to understand why this was an issue. I phoned and the barrier was lifted. But I have to comment this is clearly not accepable as this got me very stressed.
