“Easy access , space's could do with being a bit bigger but than can be said about most car parks , available spaces clearly noted so you don't have to spend time looking at all the levels . Love love love my fast track passes that you get when you book it's the main reason apart from the distance to the terminal that I return time after time , great service”
“I wasn't in multi storey parking, I thought I had booked that but couldn't access it when I arrived. The instructions given at the time of booking were unclear and the signage to access the car park was difficult to read in the dark. When we got back from our trip the signage was again unclear and I was not the only passenger struggling to find my way around. Finally when leaving the car park I presented my ticket and the screen indicated a payment of £400! Fortunately the person I spoke to on the intercom sorted that out. All in all a dreadful experience. Your website is unclear, your signage is awful, as I have already said I was not the only one struggling to find where I should park and how to get back to my car.”
“Love the multi storey Carpark. It is so convenient for the airport.
My only concern would be the rise in prices over the years. I appreciate you pay for the convenience however it is substantially more than other parking options”
