“Have used this car park many times and no complaints whatsoever. Only issue that was dealt with swiftly was when exiting the machine wanted to charge me which was quickly corrected by your employee. Hasn’t put me off and will use again Thank You”
“Nice easy accessible multi-storey car park, even better getting onto the second floor with the bridge straight into security! The complementary fast track is also great and should be as to the price of it! Now the not so good, every and I mean everytime I turn up the number plate reader can never pick up my number plate and I have to sit at the barriers calling for help. The other not so good part is the cleanliness of the floors within the multistorey car park. They are dirty with old water residue in between all the parking bays. There needs to be a cleaning process to keep the floor clean. You’re always having to manoeuvre around all the cars and all the dirty patches so your shoes don’t get dirty. I don’t have any photos, but I’ll get them for next time.”
