“The general stay once we were parked was great I have no issues with it however as it was my first time travelling to Edinburgh airport I didn't know where to go. I booked the multi storey and found the instructions less than helpful and ended up having to spend £4 to go around drop off for 11 seconds as the instructions guided me to the wrong exit, upon arriving at the multi storey my ticket said that it could not be read resulting in me having to ring up assistance in both departure and arriving back home.”
