“Not their problem but I booked for two weeks and cost approximately £90 on my return I put my ticket in at the barrier and I was due £66. Contacted the attendant and asked my registration number and I had made the mistake as my flight was on the 1st and this was now 30 minutes past midnight but on the 2nd and was told the daily charge was £66 and nothing they can do about that. This was a genuine error as my flight was on the 1st and although I had the correct time at 1am I hadn’t changed it to the 2nd. An expensive error when it was £90 for 14 days and £66 for one day only. I thought they might have reduced the price to the daily cost of the original booking.
Please beware and double check your dates because they’ll rip you off otherwise.”

I can confirm our pricing structure is displayed within all the car parks and within our website. If your booking ends and you're out with the grace period you would be charged the non pre booked rate.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear of your experiences whilst using our Car Parking services.
I can see that our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.
I am glad you were able to get help on site, our assistance team is available on a 24-hour basis, either via the intercom buzzer at the entry/exit barriers, or at the Car Parking office at the ground level of the Multi-Storey Car Park.

“Approach to Multi-Storey Park quite tricky in the dark, with confusing lanes and directions which could be improved, first approach we ended up in short stop parking and had to pay £4.00 to get out. Also car registration recognition on exit did not work and we were faced with a bill for £465.00. Fortunately there was a help adviser on duty who was able to sort the problem. Not sure if the help is available 24 hours.”
