“Multi-storey parking is great for access to terminal building and being under cover, especially in winter. Definitely happier to leave car in multi storey car park. Better signposting along route into the different carparks would be helpful. Parking spaces are tight especially with the size of many cars today and can be difficult to manoeuvre in and out of single spaces left because of this when car park busy. Why does checkout barriers try to charge parking when you have pre booked?”
“Easy booking. Good location for terminal. Only loses a point because I had changed my car registration approx 4 days prior which was not automatically recognised on entry. This caused a delay at the exit barrier - staff were very helpful and resolved quickly.”
