Booked advance parking and got a great rate. I did notice that the ticket didn't quite pick up my number plate correctly and when I came to exit, my ticket didn't work. I pressed for help and the man who answered was just brilliant. Fixed the issue in a minute and off I went. The parking team is always super helpful. Great experience.

Absolutely outstanding, the customer service by Chris and his team went well above and beyond what might have been expected. My electric window failed as I took my ticket to enter the car park, and I had a tight timeline to check-in and get my flight. Chris provided some adhesive film to put over the window on a temporary basis, He then liaised with the RAC patrol I had called to get it fixed when I was away. I came back a week later, collected the keys, and was good to go. Cannot praise the team more highly for their support. Outstanding.

Good service, however on exiting the car park when ticket was inserted it said there was £150 outstanding on the ticket dispute following the directions in the email, but resolved by talking to the attendant. No info on how car recognition is done

Excellent service. You couldn't be closer to the Terminal and easy access. I lost my car key (somewhre in Italy) and didn't realise until I returned to Edinburgh, the staff in the car park couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. Big thanks all round.

Not impressed - I tried to request a refund twice by your chat function 48 and 24 hours before the parking scheduled for 24 January 2024 and got no response.

Great access and easy for terminal walk. Far more convenient with children than any other.

I have a short registration number and each time I go to the exit barrier I am asked for an amount to exit.I have to use the intercom and explain what’s happened.To be fair most times handled very quickly.However it does cause a slight concern that one time might lead to delays.
