“Hi, after taking the wrong way into the carpark, I was redirected to the multi-storey car park, which, unfortunately, the registration on my car was not picked up, but was all dealt with swiftly on my return from holiday. With no concerns.”
“Good instructions on how to access the parking after booking. Straight-forward marking to access the FastTrack (and it made a difference in passing the Security!). Could be cheaper but offers a hassle-free way to use the airport. Will consider using it again, especially on business travels.”
“Very simple instructions to park but it might be better to explain that you have to go to the tail of the queue for speedy security given that you come out the corridor from the bridge right beside the person who is checking the passes.”
“Enjoyed using the multi storey parking facility at Edinburgh - with level 2 access to the fast track security area.
On the outward journey, we reached fast track without a problem - albeit, the route was a walk through a number of narrow corridors.
On the return to Edinburgh, we cleared passport control and attempted to return to the multi-storey car park. We may have missed signage, but after 2 failed attempts on our own - we sought directions from the very friendly airport staff - and there was some debate about the best route to take. We eventually returned via the fast track area - through the narrow corridors and into the multi storey.
A good experience all round - but can the walking route from the multi storey to fast track be simplified/ re designed - with better signage - especially on the return route?
