It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Everything simple and well organised, EXCEPT on leaving the car park I was presented with a bill for £225 - having pre-paid for parking, this was an unpleasant shock. However your customer services sorted it out . I suspect camera NPR not working on entry ??”

“Parking at the airport is so convenient. I have often taken the opportunity to use this facility.
This time however, when I put my ticket in the machine on the way out it said I had a charge of £425. It was sorted out when I pressed the button for assistance. Still a bit annoying though.”
“Best place to park for Edinburgh Airport. Booking early is essential to get the best deals but also make sure that there's space available. Added fast track to security is a nice bonus.”
