Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear of your experiences whilst using our Car Parking services.
I can see that our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.
I am glad you were able to get help on site, our assistance team is available on a 24-hour basis, either via the intercom buzzer at the entry/exit barriers, or at the Car Parking office at the ground level of the Multi-Storey Car Park.

“Approach to Multi-Storey Park quite tricky in the dark, with confusing lanes and directions which could be improved, first approach we ended up in short stop parking and had to pay £4.00 to get out. Also car registration recognition on exit did not work and we were faced with a bill for £465.00. Fortunately there was a help adviser on duty who was able to sort the problem. Not sure if the help is available 24 hours.”

I would also like to apologise for our ANPR not recognising your license plate on the day of your travel. You were correct in ringing for Assistance at the intercom, and I'm gad the issue was sorted on site.
