“Directions into the car park were totally wrong… ended up going into the drop off due to the directions telling me to go into left lane, £4 charge for being in there for 10 seconds. Had to go into authorised vehicles lane and press the button at the barrier to finally get correct directions. When leaving, bill flashed up of £170 when I put my ticket in. Again had to press the help button and finally allowed to leave. Fast track was decent though. Not worth the £50 overall.”

“It is what it says - a car park at the airport. It was easy to access and easy to enter the airport building. What more can be said - what would make it a 5 star? However, having booked the Multistory as it's advertised as having speedy access through security when I tried to use it their "security personnel" refused access to the system. Thus it's a 3 star as it did not provide what was part of the deal!!!”
