“Like all multi-storey car parks, moving up levels is tight if you have a Range Rover. Additionally, why are the parking bays designed on the assumption that we all drive Fiestas? All said, it is convenient for the terminal and a reasonable price. The card reader failed to read the ticket when leaving due to pale colour/low ink on the printer but buzz for help and they let you out. Overall, pretty good.”
“When returning to car,car park floor very dirty and gritty which went onto case wheels and into car. We were day late in returning due to canceled flight and expected to pay more but think £75 is very harsh .”

We do offer a 6 hour grace period for delayed flights however, if you do go over the 6 hour grace period you will be subject to pay the non pre booked roll up rate upon exiting the car park. I would encourage you to seek reimbursement from the airline you were travelling with.
