Its easy to get into, park and head to the fast track security. However leaving the multi storey always seems to be an issue when it comes to the number plate reader - I always get "Charge of £xxx" after pre-paying and then have to call the intercom to get out. Not great when you've been travelling and just want to get home!

Thank you for your review. I'm glad to hear that you found it easy to enter the multi-storey car park and enjoyed the use of the FastTrack security lane. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Booked fast-track parking but there was no fast-track parking available on the fast-track floor of the multistory.

Thank you for your review. I can see that you booked Multi-storey car parking and not FastPark parking. We do not offer FastTrack parking within the Multi-storey car park. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Entrance to multi-story appeared to have been coned off and I followed the large arrow with SPACES on it to surface parking. Not only did this lead to long walk, it also created problem when trying to exit. Attitude of the guy on the phone was appalling; he should not be dealing with customers. Signage needs to be improved to indicate Mult-Storey is actually open despite the cones.
