It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Very poor value for money.
Fast track route to security is a circuitous joke.
Signposting back to the carpark from arrivals is inexcusably bad, I saw multiple travellers doubling back across access roads after being sent out on a lap of the car park in the rain.
When I left the machine wanted £160 for a 36 hour stay that had been prepaid. The people behind me at the barrier were doubtless delighted to wait while I sorted it out over the intercom.”

We offer car parking pricing for 2 years in advance for different lengths of stay. Our pricing is dynamic and continually changes based on many different factors such as demand, occupancy and lead time making it possible for the pricing to change from booking to booking however, we offer competitive pricing against other providers.
You can enter FastTrack security via the FastTrack bridge within the car park on Level 2 or via the main security hall.
Our car parks are signposted by wayfinding, located in key traffic areas. I’m sorry to hear that you found our wayfinding to be unhelpful.

“Well, what's to say? It's a multi-storey carpark at edinburgh airport. Prebooked just had to drive in and park. Drove out again after a week. Important to remember where and on which floor you parked. Main annoyance when booking was being offered 10% off if I signed up to the newsletter AFTER I'd just paid.
Coming out of the airport on foot signage to get in to carpark is a bit misleading.”
