The available spaces display at each level is very helpful. It's a car park. Not a lot more one can say. I was surprised at the puddle near my car that was in a middle space on the 4th floor.

Very easy and handy parking. Lost my parking ticket but no problem just drove up to exit and quoted car registration . Only took one minute to gain exit.

A slightly convoluted way in to the multi story car park and poor signing . However the car park is very close to the terminal with access via the footbridge. Exit with our prepaid booking was as troublesome as getting in with the gates refusing to open until A demand of £350 was met. Luckily it was easy to contact an operative from the gate who was helpful and polite so the delay was minimal .

A bit expensive but very easy access and egress. The plus side is that you get priority access through security which is worth its weight in gold. Absolutely would book this again as I felt secure parking in the multi storey.

So easy to book, and in just a couple of mins you are in the terminal. Also great when returning as you don't have a long walk or wait to get to your car. When parking, I also love that each level shows you how many spaces are available. Simplicity at its best.

There are 3 barriers at the exit, 1 was out of use and coned off, 1 was broken (barrier stuck half way) which created a long queue to exit the car park

Confused: My booking was made 5 weeks before my flight. As usual, parking was perfect - so it was very confusing to find on leaving the car park we had an outstanding bill of £460. After my husband queried this to an attendant through the speaker machine the barrier opened and we left - no one said why we had been stopped. The problem is we have no idea if this was a problem caused by us or if it was a technical issue.

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however, I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
