We always encourage passengers to pre-book parking. We offer car parking pricing for 2 years in advance for different lengths of stay. Our pricing is dynamic and continually changes based on many different factors such as demand, occupancy and lead time making it possible for the pricing to change from booking to booking however, we offer competitive pricing against other providers.

“Great location immediately adjacent to the airport. Very busy but you should get parked okay. Had an issue getting out as my pre paid ticket didn’t register and I was asked for the full price(very expensive). However, assistance quickly sorted the issue and I was allowed to exit at the price when pre-booked.”
“When going away we always use the multi-storey parking. On this occasion it wouldn't let us in we had to buzz for assistance in we went and off on holiday.
We get back put the ticket in to exit and it tells us we are due £460.00 my husband is 83 and I thought he was going to have a heart attack. Again we had to buzz for assistance and of course with NPR they could check it right away and open the barrier to allow us to exit.
NPR great system when it works but can give customers a shock when it doesn't.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.
