“Very busy so I parked on the top floor. The displays showed spaces on every floor, but I found none until I reached the top floor. Given I paid a premium for this parking option, more accurate displays would have saved me time to find a space.”

“Good morning,
We always stay at the multi-story car park so that our car is protected from the weather. However, on the last two occasions, space has only been available on the roof.
And,on our last stay, we were charged an extra £24 because our flight was 13 hours late arriving {with no luggage} and we could not collect our car until 20 minutes past midnight. We have been charged an extra day's parking!
As we did not arrive at the carpark until late morning on the day of our departure, we would be very grateful if you would refund this £24.
