“The multi storey is usually very good but this time I got my ticket but you cannot use it at the ramp barrier after a call to you I was asked if this was an online purchase which I confirmed, then I was let through.
This problem continued leaving when the barrier again refused to open, this meant another lengthy call to get out.
Overall a terrible experience.”
“Despite purchasing advance parking the automatic number plate reader did not let me into the car park do I had to call for assistance. The same thing happened on my departure, where the machine tried to charge me an additional £90 on top of what I’d already paid. The people at the other end of the assistance line were great but this should not have happened in the first place.”
“An excellent experience both parking on arrival and when departing .The directions given to me were perfect .no problems both on arrival and leaving the multi storey car park and with the fast track included it meant we had a hassle free entrance to the departure lounge”
