“My experience was good despite having to call for assistance both to enter and leave the multi storey. My ticjet did not appear to connect through to my booking and it said I had to pay £180 which I knew I didn't. A call on exiting the multi storey giving my registration number resolved the issue .”
“I always use the Multi-Storey Parking, it may be a bit more expensive, but it's very close which is handy, as we're pensioners. I made a mistake this time with arrival dates, as my returning flight was on the 12th October, but wasn't arriving in Edinburgh till 1.10am on the 13th, and I had put that I was arriving on the 12th so it cost me another £80 to get out, so that was £259.99 in total absolutely gutted, put a damper on my holiday .”
