“Lifts don’t function consistently, there are a lot of bays not in use, lots of obvious decay and a slight sense of the building being in the final stages of its useful life. Maybe some communication on maintenance or re building plans would treat customers as adults and valued. You did ask.”
“The multi storey is usually very good but this time I got my ticket but you cannot use it at the ramp barrier after a call to you I was asked if this was an online purchase which I confirmed, then I was let through.
This problem continued leaving when the barrier again refused to open, this meant another lengthy call to get out.
Overall a terrible experience.”
