“Chaotic start when not allowed in and had to accept a short stay ticket, at the main gate had to phone staff who dealt with the issue, on return same issues a cost of £270 came up at the gate but when phomned the staff dealt with it”
“Usually a great parking service but this time a small clitch in the system. I had pre-booked and paid in advance but at the exit gate it was asking for almost £1400 for the parking. Quick call to control room sorted the issue and I was able to drive out.”
