“Bought the Multi-storey parking as it came with the fast pass security. Is obviously seen as a good deal as the car park was very busy and I parked on the top floor as this was where the last remaining spaces were. A short lift ride to the second floor and across the bridge saw us clear security in a few minutes.
Return was very easy, as the car approaches the barrier it rises. No fumbling for your ticket!”
“I would like to say thank you to the people who answer the buzzer at the exit gate. I'd had to change my licence on my booking as my car broke. The booking system online recognised the change bit yhe exit gate thought I owed lots of money. The person who answered the buzzer was lovely and helped me a lot. So thank you!”
“The only disappointment of this booking was the time it took me to try and find a space in the car park particularly when hoping to park in Level 2 for fast track. I tried three other levels to find a space before having to go back down to the first level to find one space. The other problem is the signs showing how many spaces are available on each floor does not reflect actual availabity. Showing figures like 27 spaces, 16 spaces on floors I made my way round all spaces and there were none, I wasnt the only one encountering this, viewing other drivers doing the same.”
