“Camera did not pick up my car registration on entry. Ticket was looking for £165 on exit but was sorted by operator when I rung the call buzzer. Slight delay and bit frustrating as it was the first time using this parking.”
“Was disappointed to find that on my exit from the multi storey car park I was asked to pay £150 pounds even though I had pre booked. After contacting the attendant I was allowed to leave having given my booking ref to him. This is the first time I have used the multi storey and was disappointed to have this inconvenience as I had always used the Fast park with no problems.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“In the dark and heavy rain, I missed the dim lit turn for the pre booked multi storey car park. Ended up going through drop off at a £5.00 charge. I have claimed this charge back on your complaints website but have not heard back. Respectfully it states a reply within 8days of making the complaint.”

“Easy peesey, lemon squeezy.
After booking, arrived at airport and parked easily enough in multi-storey car park.
Exit was easy, although printed ticket did not get read by system at barrier so had to press button to contact staff. Easily managed though and exited without problem.
Car park was clean, tidy and safe.”
