“Parking close to terminal is great, but poorly sign posted, quite a complicated 'dogleg' to entry.
Terrible flooding on 5th April, no attempt being made to remove water, and no traffic control, we had to drive through quite deep water.”
“Arrived at the Multi-Storey car park, proceeded accross the direct access and along the corridors only to find the doors to Fast Track were locked.
Complained to the carpark office on ground floor and requested refund only to be told, "tough, you'll have to take that up with customner services".
The whole airport has gone downhill in recent years and is now a complete shambles.”
Thank you for your review. The service that you paid for was the Multi-Storey car park which is the car park you used to park your vehicle. Access to FastTrack Security is included in the price that you pay and is complimentary so you would not be owed a refund for any of the costs incurred as you used the parking service.

“The parking was ok, the aftermath of a massive rave next to the airport, then trying to escape from the area was a different story. We had young kids in the car, trying to get home late, but the entire area was overrun with throngs of zombie like wide eyed teeneagers using the road as a seat/pavement/dancefloor.”
“Camera did not pick up my car registration on entry. Ticket was looking for £165 on exit but was sorted by operator when I rung the call buzzer. Slight delay and bit frustrating as it was the first time using this parking.”
